Neighbourly cements its presence in the 2021 Elite Franchise Top 100

Despite the challenging year, Neighbourly®, part of the world’s largest franchisor of home service brands, celebrates another milestone year in 2020 with four of its UK brands announced in Elite Franchise’s Top 100 franchises 2021.

For the fourth consecutive year, Neighbourly’s brands have significantly increased their presence within the top 100 in recognition of the growth and support they offer to 300+ franchisees across the UK.  It reinforces why the organisation has become a desirable prospect for franchise seekers looking for a value-led and trusted choice of established brands.

The four brands – Bright & Beautiful®, Countrywide Grounds Maintenance®, Drain Doctor® and Dream Doors® – have reaffirmed their status among the UK’s leading franchises with all of them placed within the top 35.

Independent judges for Elite Franchise’s Top 100 awards placed Dream Doors in 19th place and is in the top 20 brands for the second year running, coupled with being the number one kitchen franchise. Bright & Beautiful has climbed up the listings and is now rated as the 23rd best franchise in the UK, the first time in the top 25. 

Awarded the ‘Rising Star Award’, Drain Doctor had the biggest jump across the entire league table of 26 places and is now listed at 31.  Together with Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, who rose 13 positions to 35, they are both number one in their respective sectors.
