Who We Are
Neighbourly arrived in the UK in 2010, with the focus of acquiring and developing premium franchise brands within the home service industry.
We’ve since demonstrated our intent for growth within the UK through the acquisition of 6 franchise brands; Drain Doctor (2015), Bright & Beautiful (2017), Countrywide Grounds Maintenance (2017), Dream Doors (2019), Pimlico Group (2021) and Greensleeves (2022).
All of our brands fit within our ‘repair, maintain and enhance’ remit with our 550+ franchise owners wholeheartedly committed to becoming the ‘go to’ business within their local community.
In 2020, we cemented our ambitions for the future by moving to the new, state-of-the-art Neighbourly Training Centre in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

Neighborly (yes, without a u!) is the world’s largest parent company of home service brands. Our 1,600+ corporate employees support over 5,000 franchise locations in 6 different countries; with more than 30 home service brands, we serve 12 million+ customers worldwide!
Neighborly is also an active member of the worldwide franchise community participating in discussions in many franchise associations, including the International Franchise Association (IFA), and the British Franchise Association (BFA).
