Howcroft is determined to build on the company’s first-class service to commercial and domestic customers across the United Kingdom while driving the brand to the “next level”.
He will be responsible for managing the nationwide network of 65 locations covering England, Scotland and Wales and will also work with Drain Doctor’s Ireland team.
He takes the helm at an exciting time for the company after solving more drainage and plumbing issues for households and commercial sites over the past 12 months than any previous year.
Howcroft has an esteemed background in the home service industry and spoke about how Drain Doctor’s “unrivalled” service across the UK was the driving factor in his desire to join the organisation.
